After leaving Swindon Mod band Roundabout, their song writer Rob Dady founded The Immediate Sect to embrace a more semi-acoustic based musical overview. More Ronnie Lane than The Small Faces, with Rob now moving from bass to lead vocals, guitar, & piano, the band released two well received albums with a lovely, whimsical feel.
